Extra-Ordinary Minister of the Eucharist
The Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is a very important and humbling role. An Extraordinary Minister is responsible for delivering our Lord in the fullness of the Eucharist to our parish family. Extraordinary Ministers are appointed by the Archbishop and Commissioned by the Pastor for service to the Church of Queen of the Universe ONLY. The appointment is valid for three years. You may only serve one liturgical ministry at a time. Your Ministry to the Queen includes service at Mass. It also provides the opportunity for service to our Homebound, The Statesman Nursing Home and Woodbourne Assisted Living. Please PRAY to our Lord for guidance and humility. If you have further questions regarding the ministry or would like to sign up, please contact: Dan McMenamin at 215-866-8311
Greeter
Greeters set a positive tone for Mass. They make a difference in people’s lives, simply by saying “hello” or “Good morning”. Greeters are asked to arrive 25-30 minutes prior to Mass so we are in position to welcome our early arrivals. Please pray to our Lord for direction. Where does he want you? Where can you make a difference in people’s lives? If you have any questions or would like to sign up contact: Christine Oloviany 215-547-2674 home, 267-408-4853 cell or ten.n1550814886ozire1550814886v@yna1550814886ivolo1550814886c1550814886
Lector
Proclaiming the Word of God! Think about what that means. Taking the Word of God and sharing it in such a way that you touch hearts and souls. Allowing yourself to be used to do God’s will brings you closer to God’s path toward holiness. We all have gifts, did our Lord give you a gift that could be used for sharing his divine word? Training will be provided to help you sharpen your gifts. Questions regarding this ministry contact: Jen McMenamin at 215-337-5101 or moc.1550814886nsm@8155081488614mcm1550814886nej 1550814886

Liturgical Music Ministry
Since Vatican II, singing has become an integral part of the celebration of Mass. Members in our parish Music Ministry volunteer their time and talents to lead the congregation in musical prayer.
